About Us
From prenatal education before you welcome your little one to nipple pain, pumping schedules, all the way to weaning – we would love to help you figure it out! We offer in home consults in both the Raleigh, NC and Northern New Jersey area. We also utilize a secure telehealth platform to reach families in the comfort of their homes both near and far. We look forward to helping you navigate the world of breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding and beyond!

Prenatal Consultation
Skip the hospital group class and work with us one on one! You’ll gain knowledge, collaborate on an individualized plan based on your feeding goals and have all your questions answered ahead of welcoming your new baby.
Breastfeeding Support
Are you having pain with latching? Do you want to learn a new nursing position? Do you need help weaning from supplementation? We can help!
Breast Pump + Bottles
Do you have plans to be an exclusive pumper? Are you returning to work soon? Let us help you optimize your time spent pumping. We will make sure you’re utilizing the right flange size, optimizing your pump settings and give you tips on organizing your milk stash! Is your newborn refusing the bottle or you just have questions surrounding bottle feeding? We can help!
Solids + Weaning
Don’t know how to introduce solids into your routine? Maybe you’re at the point where you’re ready to wean? Let us help you with all of your feeding milestones! We will walk you through starting solids! And when you’re ready, we can create a weaning schedule that will reduce the risk of clogged ducts and mastitis!
